Panaji: BJP is getting its central leadership for campaigning as they have got ground reports that it is losing badly in the upcoming assembly elections, AAP spokesperson Valmiki Naik said on Thursday. BJP has a government in Goa for 10 years and has 27 MLAs in the House of 40, but still they cannot manage their own campaign, Naik told a press conference. He claimed that BJP central leadership has got reports that the partyâs situation in Goa is bad, notwithstanding the chief ministerâs tall claims. âHence, they are bringing central functionaries to campaign and revive the partyâs sagging image and save face,â he added. Naik said that Congress is no different. âItâs few remaining ones are also meeting BJP functionaries. Both BJP and Congress are nervous with the situation they are faced with,â he said. Stating that AAP is the best alternative, Naik said that Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwalâs guarantees have received very good response and thereâs a sort of a wave in all the 40 constituencies.
